Salopian vs Wirral 6th & 7th November 2021
After a little reflection on the weekend, I wanted to say how proud I am of every single player and supporter over the weekend. The result didn’t go our way losing 20-16 overall.
The landlord of their venue came over and congratulated on our conduct throughout the whole weekend (and long may it continue).
Huge shout out to Jane, Chris Sharp, Chris Gallimore and Darren Hiles for sorting and organising the coaches and hotels amazing work and everything went to plan.
On to the Match…
Well done to the Match winners in the Ladies B Natalie Farragher, Sandra James and Lady of Katie ‘timberdick’ Woodcock and the Men’s B winners Mike Williamson, Paul Barron, Richard O’gorman and Man of the Match Matthew Lee.
Our Ladies A winners Joanne Copple, Jane Robson and Lady of the match Kim Holden, and lastly our Men’s A Chris Farrell-Dennett, Steve Maish, Alun Dangerscouse Green, Robbie Green, myself and Man of Match Scott Hudson.
There were so many close games throughout the weekend the result could of well and truly been in our favour in the end but we go again in our next home game vs The Black Country.
One huge congratulations to Kim Holden who has topped the Divison Three averages for the weekend and is in line for a nice little prize.
